
Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with more than 2 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, business development, and pipeline management. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients to support the company's growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong ability to deliver measurable outcomes and collaborate effectively with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads across targeted industries and geographies.
- Develop, manage, and optimize the lead generation pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects.
- Utilize advanced lead generation tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms for efficiency.
- Initiate conversations through cold calling, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital engagement methods.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives, and align them with company solutions.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel and collaborate closely with the sales team to hand over sales-ready opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report on key lead generation metrics to continuously refine outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to strengthen targeting approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- More than 2 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales roles (preferably in IT, SaaS, or technology services).
- Proficiency with CRM systems and lead generation platforms (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong research abilities with the capability to prioritize and engage potential clients independently.
- Experience with email marketing and outreach automation tools (highly desirable).
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with global teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
