As a Business Development Executive in our company, your primary focus will be on acquiring new AMC service contracts, nurturing long-term client relationships, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing strategies to achieve and surpass monthly/quarterly sales goals specifically related to AMC service contracts. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to deeply understand their requirements, propose customized solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. - Lead discussions, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals for AMC service agreements. - Facilitate a seamless handover of contracts to the operations team and uphold strong client relationships to secure contract renewals. - Identify emerging business opportunities and stay updated on market trends within the AMC services sector. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client meetings, and contract details using CRM systems. Qualifications Required: - Full-time availability with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. - Proficiency in English is desirable. - In-person work schedule during the day shift.
