We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator with over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry to lead coordination across Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) functions. The role will report directly to the Chief Project Officer (CPO) and play a pivotal part in ensuring timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate EPC phases including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Ensure alignment with project goals, client expectations, and regulatory standards.
  • Act as a liaison between Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure alignment across all phases.
  • Organize and facilitate regular project review meetings and prepare MoMs (Minutes of Meetings).
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain project documentation including schedules, trackers, reports, MIS,change logs, and progress updates.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on project status, highlighting critical issues and risks.
  • Track and report on procurement and construction milestones.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to Chief Projects Officer.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation for audits and future reference
  • Assist Project Managers with cost tracking, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
  • Follow-up on deliverables and ensure compliance with project timelines.
  • Support in claims management and delay analysis if required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of construction lifecycle and EPC workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
