Job Role: Voice, Non-Voice and Blended Process

Job Location: Indore (Work from Office Only)

Working Day: 5 Days a week Job

Experience: 6 Months or above in BPO / KPO Mandatory

Salary: Rs 3,00,000 to 4,80,000 Per Annum

Qualification Required: Under Graduate or Above any qualified can apply

Job Role:

  • Support customers through calls, chats, or emails (depending on the process).
  • Provide accurate information and resolve queries.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude while handling issues.
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience with patience and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

  • Good English communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Flexible to work in different shifts
  • Preferably 1 year stability in the last job
