We're bringing joy back to commuting, and turning around urban traffic woes in a big way. Today, we run 380 buses and log 22000 daily bookings. After having established a strong product-market fit and building a profitable business in Mumbai, weve expanded services to Hyderabad and Delhi where the commute problem is as urgent and exciting. Over the next 1 year, we plan to scale to 500 buses and 50,000 daily bookings across all cities.

Position: Customer Support Intern

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane.

Duration: 3 / 6 months

Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Intern at Cityflo, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist in addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via chat, calls, and email
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and processes
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain records of interactions and update the internal database
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary
  • Support in documenting FAQs and best practices Requirements:
  • Good communication skills (English and Hindi/Marathi preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
  • A problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
  • Patience and the ability to handle pressure calmly
