Key Result Areas
- Achieve throughput and sales volume targets
- Develop and manage key customer accounts
- Control outstanding and maintain stock levels within defined norms
- Enhance customer satisfaction and relationship quality
- Coordinate with implementation and service teams for seamless project execution
- Gather market intelligence and track competitor activities
Scope of Work
- Achieve business goals related to sales, outstanding, and inventory for AV products and solutions
- Support Branch Head/Regional Head in creating and executing sales strategies
- Develop and manage the dealer network to expand market reach
- Build strong relationships with Architects, AV Consultants, and PMCs to generate business opportunities
- Identify potential clients and new business segments for growth
- Coordinate with internal teams like Marketing, SCM, Service, CRT, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations
- Manage outstanding payments and ensure stock availability with zero defectives
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with the Implementation and Service teams for timely project completion
- Enhance customer experience and drive satisfaction through regular engagement
Qualification & Experience
Educational Qualification
- Essential: Graduate in any discipline
- Preferred: PGDM/MBA in Sales or Marketing Role & responsibilities
