24x7 Support (Support Analyst) Job Description :
Responsibilities :
  • Respond to client calls that come in.
  • Work directly with customers to resolve common issues.
  • Escalate urgent issues to Solution on-call.
  • Document all technical issues, analysis, and communication with the clients
and ensure clear documentation in the Salesforce Ticketing system.
  • Working both individually and collaboratively
  • Working in a 24 X 7 rotational environment.

Qualifications :
  • 1-3 years of experience working in the healthcare sector providing client
facing technical support
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or its equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to convey thoughts, feelings, and ideas in a professional, courteous
manner that is appropriate for the audience.
  • Flexible and adaptive to work in a 24-hour on-call rotation.

Preferred :
  • Experience in healthcare support.
  • Experience in network and server.
  • Experience using , JIRA, or equivalent support tools.
