Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Team Lead to manage and drive our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, social media, and analytics, along with the ability to lead a team and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute data-driven digital strategies and manage budgets for maximum ROI.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Performance Marketing: Run and optimize paid campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
- SEO & Content: Improve organic visibility and oversee content optimization.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report performance with actionable insights.
- Brand & Innovation: Enhance online presence and adopt the latest digital trends.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
