Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display channels.
  2. Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to drive qualified leads and improve ROI.
  3. Oversee a team of marketers to ensure alignment, performance tracking, and delivery of marketing goals.
  4. Analyze campaign data, user journeys, and funnel performance to enhance conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
  5. Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency and lead generation effectiveness.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  1. 812 years of overall experience with strong exposure to the IT industry and digital marketing leadership.
  2. Proven experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, and performance marketing with measurable success in lead generation.
  3. Skilled in analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4) and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo.
  4. Strong communication, analytical, and team management skills, leading teams of 10+ members.
  5. Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in B2B technology marketing.
