Digital Marketing Manager

Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display channels.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to drive qualified leads and improve ROI.
- Oversee a team of marketers to ensure alignment, performance tracking, and delivery of marketing goals.
- Analyze campaign data, user journeys, and funnel performance to enhance conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency and lead generation effectiveness.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 812 years of overall experience with strong exposure to the IT industry and digital marketing leadership.
- Proven experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, and performance marketing with measurable success in lead generation.
- Skilled in analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4) and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo.
- Strong communication, analytical, and team management skills, leading teams of 10+ members.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in B2B technology marketing.
