Digital Marketing Manager – (Real Estate Experience Required)

Location: Sector 82,Mohali, Punjab

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires hands-on experience in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of real estate marketing trends, buyer behavior, and lead-generation strategies specific to the sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies for clients, with a strong focus on real estate campaigns.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Oversee social media content planning, posting schedules, and engagement strategies.
  • Conduct SEO/SEM optimization to improve website visibility and traffic.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare data-driven reports.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on content, graphics, and branding assets.
  • Manage email marketing workflows and marketing automation tools.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Required Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Proven experience in digital marketing within the real estate industry (builder, brokerage, developer, or property marketing firm).
  • 3-5 years of overall digital marketing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, analytics, and lead-generation funnels.
  • Experience with major digital tools: Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM systems, and social platforms.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
