Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with inquiries, services, and product information.
  • Manage documentation and maintain client records.
  • Provide support in day-to-day branch operations.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Resolve client issues politely and professionally.
  • Work towards achieving service and support targets.

Skills Required

  • Good communication in Bengali & Hindi (English is an advantage).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Data Entry).
  • Strong customer service & problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Eligibility

  • Minimum HS Pass (Higher Secondary).
  • Freshers can apply; prior experience in client support or customer service will be preferred.
