Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO and Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in search engine optimization and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO activities to enhance organic visibility, improve search rankings, and drive web traffic. The candidate must have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven record of delivering results in SEO for B2C and B2B businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve website rankings across search engines.
  • Conduct keyword research, competition analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements, including meta tags, headings, content, and link-building strategies.
  • Create and manage SEO-friendly content such as blogs, web pages, and landing pages aligned with keyword strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Develop and execute link-building and outreach campaigns to improve domain authority.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure all marketing materials align with SEO best practices.
  • Manage and report on SEO performance metrics, conversions, and ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to the overall SEO and marketing strategy for the company's website, particularly in improving organic visibility, keyword rankings, and user engagement.
  • Handle SEO strategies for industry-specific websites such as telecom and magazine portals, focusing on content-driven visibility and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop content strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of current SEO trends, algorithm updates, and content optimization techniques.
  • Experience with B2C and B2B SEO strategies.
