Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Case Coordinator at our Global Office India. The Case Coordinator will manage client cases and documentation, ensuring deadlines are met and requirements are fulfilled. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, providing timely updates, and addressing inquiries. The role also involves assisting with customer service, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients navigating the immigration process.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Canadian Immigration Case Management and experienced in handling complex client records and documentation.
  • Background in Social Work and the ability to provide empathetic and solution-oriented assistance to clients.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Experience with Customer Service, including problem-solving and client support, with a focus on meeting client needs.
  • Basic understanding of Insurance or related processes is an asset.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications is preferred.
