The below are the roles and responsibilities:

PPC:

  • Assist in setting up and managing PPC campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.) Manage and support multiple client campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely updates and performance tracking
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience targeting for paid campaigns
  • Write compelling ad copy and help with A-B testing
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Track conversions and optimize campaigns for KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPC, and CPA
  • Prepare performance reports and dashboards for internal teams or clients.

SEO:

  • Conduct keyword research for organic search growth using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
  • Assist with on-page SEO- optimizing meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags, and internal linking
  • Support technical SEO tasks such as site speed improvements, sitemap submissions, and fixing crawl errors
  • Help with content optimization for blogs, landing pages, and product-service pages to improve search rankings
  • Monitor and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and SEO KPIs
  • Support link-building outreach campaigns and off-page SEO initiatives
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices

Preferred candidate profile

This role reports to the Team Manager.

Years of Experience: 5 - 7 years

Required Skills:

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of both PPC and SEO concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Google Search Console
  • Knowledge of digital marketing metrics like CTR, CPC, Quality Score, organic CTR, and domain authority
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to support tracking, UTM tagging, and conversion setup
  • Proficiency in Excel-Google Sheets for reporting
  • Strong written communication skills for ad copy and SEO content suggestions
