Role :- Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Type :- Permanent

Location :- Work from office (Pune / Hyderabad)

Notice period 1 month

Preferred Experience:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of IT experience
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional consultant and preferable earlier experience in Oracle E-Business functional consulting
  • 4+ years of consulting experience which includes: contributing to requests for proposals (RFP), client presentations, detailing scope of work (SOW).

Job specification:

  • Must have at least 2 Full cycle Implementation experience of Oracle HCM cloud (Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management & Workforce Management) at customer site (onsite).
  • Writing Fast Formulas is an advantage.
  • Prefer to have earlier experience in Oracle EBS (Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Advance modules) modules.
  • Should be well versed with cloud Monthly / Quarterly update process
  • Should have good experience in Support Projects and working against SLA's
  • Earlier experience in Oracle EBS (Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Advance modules)
  • Must have Strong product skills in HCM cloud, Strategic in Workforce Planning, Recruiting, Global Human Resources, HR Help Desk, Workforce Compensation, Benefits, Goal Management and Performance Management
  • Ability to provide robust solutions with pros & cons of the proposed solution when standard functionality cannot meet customer requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, people management and problem solving skills
  • Participate in Presales Activities such as Solution Demonstration, Efforts Estimation, Resource Planning
  • Build teams and responsible for their team's delivery, solution to complex Problems
  • Candidate should be ready for onsite travel ( Doha, Qatar) whenever required.
