KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute awareness, fundraising, and community engagement events aligned with the NGO's mission.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, volunteers, and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to promote events and manage live coverage.
  • Create and manage event budgets while ensuring cost-effectiveness and transparency.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on event outcomes, expenses, and impact.
  • Identify and secure venues, resources, and necessary permissions for successful event execution.
  • Support in building partnerships and engaging sponsors to enhance event reach and sustainability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹26,000.00 per month
