Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager based in Vishakhapatnam and the AP Regions. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, training and mentoring staff, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving sales growth. The role demands close coordination with different teams to meet organizational goals and maintain GIVA's standard of excellence.

  1. 8+ Years of experience in retail(Jewellery or apperials)
  2. must handle more than 4 EBO stores

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail management, store operations, and inventory control
  • Skills in team leadership, staff training, and mentoring
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of sales strategies and achieving sales targets
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
