The purpose of the Software Engineering Specialist role is to support our digital transformation strategy by designing and developing robust software solutions. This role requires a hands-on Java developer with strong architectural decision-making capabilities and experience in enterprise-grade systems. Familiarity with jBPM and network infrastructure is a strong advantage.

•  Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
•  Make architectural decisions to ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
•  Integrate business process management solutions using jBPM.
•  Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
•  Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
•  Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
•  Leverage knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure to optimize application performance and security.

Must-Have Skills:

•  Strong hands-on experience in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
•  Proven experience in software architecture and system design.
•  Experience with jBPM or similar BPM tools.
•  Solid understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
•  Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
•  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•  Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice-to-Have:

•  Knowledge of network protocols, security, and infrastructure.
•  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
•  Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
