Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Onsite Support Engineer located in Mangalore, TAS. The Onsite Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include installing and configuring systems, monitoring system performance, and ensuring security protocols are followed. The role also involves collaborating with other IT professionals to develop and implement solutions that improve overall system efficiency.

  • Technical Support and IT Infrastructure Management skills
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Experience in installing and configuring systems
  • Knowledge of system performance monitoring and security protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus
