  • Credit Management: Oversee and manage credit-related activities within a designated region, specifically focused on tractor and farm equipment loans.
  • Risk Assessment: Evaluate and approve credit proposals by assessing the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers according to the company's credit policies.
  • Credit Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Client and Dealer Relationships: Manage relationships with dealers and manufacturers, understanding sales team dynamics and portfolio behavior.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate credit operations across the assigned geography, sourcing tractor loans and meeting business targets.

• Strong financial and credit analysis skills.

• Knowledge of tractor and farm equipment financing and operations.

• Experience handling credit and loan underwriting processes.

• Ability to manage dealer and sales team relationships effectively.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Typically, a background in finance, banking, or agriculture finance is preferred
