Roles and Responsibilities
· Provide personalized support and counseling to parents throughout the admissions process/any grievance/student related issues etc.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student enquiries, student's strength, staff details and admissions on WeCan Application.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and parents.
· Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
· Observe the classrooms keenly making note of the ambience and class management.
· Ensure that the toilets are cleaned at least two times a day and support staff has all the required cleaning stuff.
· Take round of all the classes to observe the proceedings at least once a day.
· Ensure that there is no period vacant in any classroom and to arrange for substitution in the morning only.
· The exchange of teacher after each period to be done within 2 minutes and to make sure that students are not roaming outside their classroom.
· Ensure that there are no open electric wires in the class room or any other area. All the wires are properly covered and out of kids reach.
· Act as liaison between parents, students and teachers.
· Assist in planning and coordinating school events, meetings, and activities.
· Coordinating the arrival of new staff members and orientating them to the school environment, staff and students.
· Ensure to provide the appointment letter, terms and conditions and leave policy to all the new joiners after getting it approved from the HM.
· Ensure that all the new joiners get their account opened within 10 days of joining and brief them about the ESI, PF and security deduction.
· Ensure to send the new staff details to the admin team so that the ESI card can be prepared on time.
· Ensure that all documents of the new joiners are collected on the first day of joining and one copy of the same is sent to the HR.
· Ensure that all students are wearing proper uniform and a diary note should be sent in case of any violation.
· Maintain accurate and confidential records, including student files, attendance records, and staff documentation.
· To handle entire RTE work including admissions, documentation, inspection and give an update to Finance Head.
To work on UDISE, Portal, Board examination forms
