Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our Managing director . The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling confidential information, and ensuring the MD's time is optimized for high-impact activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
* Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the MD .
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Organize and prioritize incoming communications and requests.
* Support the MD in strategic planning and execution of business goals.
* Liaise with senior leadership and other board members as needed.
Qualifications:
* Experience in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
* 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of discretion and integrity.
