Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager to oversee and manage program operations while ensuring smooth customer handling. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing customer interactions, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong expertise in Excel to analyze data and generate insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for learners, addressing queries and resolving concerns effectively.
  • Manage end-to-end program operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor learner engagement, progress, and provide necessary support for successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling (preferably in education, service-oriented domains).
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards, formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports using Excel for tracking performance and operational efficiency.
