We're looking for a Program Manager to lead and scale our channel partner programs. You'll drive onboarding, engagement, performance tracking, and expansion, working closely with Sales, Product, and Ops teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage partner programs across regions

  • Handle onboarding and retention

  • Design and implement incentive plans

  • Ensure partner performance and resolve issues

  • Build scalable processes and SOPs

  • Use data to track results and report to leadership

  • Drive compliance and partner satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years in Channel Sales or Program Management

  • Experience in fintech/auto finance preferred

  • Strong planning, communication, and data skills

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, growth environments

  • MBA or equivalent is a plus
