About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Program Manager
to lead cross-functional initiatives across IT and non-IT domains, including supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in project management methodologies to drive success in complex programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects of varying size and scope across IT and non-IT functions.
  • Provide
    process expertise and governance
    : define methodologies, create templates, maintain documentation, and establish best practices.
  • Develop and maintain the
    Knowledge Management System (KMS)
    .
  • Identify, assess, and track
    risks, issues, and opportunities
    to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Supervise project managers and scrum masters, ensuring alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Monitor progress, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to leadership.
  • Travel as required to support program needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate degree with proven
    Program/Project Management experience
    .
  • Formal training in project management methodologies.
  • Preferred certifications
    : PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
  • Track record of successful
    program delivery
    across IT, supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing.
  • Prior experience with
    Oracle Fusion implementation
    is an advantage.

    capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MIS reporting and presentation.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
