About the job:

As a fast-growing startup, we are now expanding our Sales team and are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to manage, motivate, and drive performance for our tele-calling sales team, ensuring they hit revenue targets and deliver an exceptional experience to our pet parent customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of Tele-sales agents
  • Leverage data to monitor and improve sales performance.
  • Hire and train new tele-callers to ensure they're equipped with the necessary skills to succeed
  • Increase revenue generation from telecalling operations.
  • Improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct quality audits and implement improvements to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Skills Needed:

  • 1-3 years of experience of handling a sales team, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Bachelors Degree is a must.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skill
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, sales funnels, and revenue generation strategies.
