About the job:
As a fast-growing startup, we are now expanding our Sales team and are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to manage, motivate, and drive performance for our tele-calling sales team, ensuring they hit revenue targets and deliver an exceptional experience to our pet parent customers.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of Tele-sales agents
- Leverage data to monitor and improve sales performance.
- Hire and train new tele-callers to ensure they're equipped with the necessary skills to succeed
- Increase revenue generation from telecalling operations.
- Improve conversion rates.
- Conduct quality audits and implement improvements to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Skills Needed:
- 1-3 years of experience of handling a sales team, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Bachelors Degree is a must.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill
- Strong understanding of sales processes, sales funnels, and revenue generation strategies.
