Who We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and tool requirements for a growing ITES organisation.
- Proficient in setting up and managing M365 user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving application issues, including Outlook, Slack, Jira, and system software-related problems reported by end users.
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Entra, Intune, Purview, and Office 365.
- Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox, and Zero-Touch Enrolment.
- Good to Have: Familiarity with cloud-based solutions such as Atlassian Suite and Lucid Suite.
- Good to Have: Understanding of Cloud Architecture and Zero Trust frameworks.
- Good to Have: Programming or scripting experience to automate and streamline IT administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools through documentation and online resources
What You Bring
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience as an IT Administrator.
- Willingness to provide support during non-working hours to ensure zero downtime during business operations.
- Strong knowledge of IT security principles; certifications in relevant security domains are preferred.
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively with hub offices across India and global teams in Germany and other regions.
