Project Sales Manager – Corporate Key Accounts

Role Purpose.
To lead Corporate Key Account Management by identifying and engaging top builders, renowned corporations, institutions, and HNIs to secure high-value project orders. The role focuses on developing strategic corporate relationships, influencing specifications, managing the full project lifecycle, and driving project-based revenue across residential and commercial segments.
Key Responsibilities: Corporate Key Account Management
- Own and manage relationships with major corporates, large developers, and high-value institutional clients.
- Act as the single point of contact for mapped corporate accounts—understanding their project pipeline, preferences, and long-term requirements.
- Drive account penetration through regular engagements, presentations, and solution-based selling.
- Build strong networks with architects, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers to influence specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and tailored solutions to facilitate approvals and business closures.
- Analyze project and account financials; support pricing, proposal creation, and negotiation processes.
- Ensure optimum commercial terms and margin protection on each project.
- Deeply understand client needs, pain points, and buying behaviour to deliver client-centric project solutions.
- Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key corporate stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed client and project documentation, including targeted key account strategies.
- Secure BOQs from key accounts and track each project through all lifecycle stages.
- Maintain updated databases of corporate customers, active projects, and potential leads.
- Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and proposal meetings with corporates.
- Coordinate with internal sales, project, and technical teams to drive closures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demand patterns.
- Interface with regulatory bodies for project approvals and compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors/subcontractors during execution to ensure timely progress.
- Proven experience in Corporate Key Account Management in Building Materials / Projects segment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and solution-selling capabilities.
- Ability to manage high-value relationships and complex project cycles.
- Technical understanding of uPVC/Aluminium windows, doors, façades (preferred).
- Problem-solving, customer-centric approach, and strong ownership as an Individual Contributor.
