Company Description

MMP Refratech Pvt. Ltd. provides comprehensive refractory solutions to various industrial sectors, including Power, Steel, Chemical, Fertilizer, Boiler OEMs, Forging, Heat Treatment, and Casting. We are manufacturers of refractory materials used inside furnaces as insulation. Our inventory includes Refractory Bricks, Insulation Bricks, Refractory Castables & Monolithics, and Ceramic Fiber Refractories. By reducing heat losses and extending the life and performance of furnaces/boilers, we help our customers maintain continuous production with minimal shutdowns.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Pune. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including providing technical support, managing customer relationships, delivering sales presentations, and understanding customer requirements to offer suitable refractory solutions. The role involves frequent communication with clients, addressing their technical queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
  • Experience in the refractory or related industry is a plus
