We are looking for a technically skilled and results-driven
Sales Engineer
to support our sales team by providing in-depth product knowledge, customer solutions, and technical support throughout the sales cycle. You will bridge the gap between engineering and sales, helping clients understand how our products meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement:

Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their technical needs and challenges.
- Solution Development:

Use technical expertise to develop customized solutions that meet customer requirements, ensuring the product/service fits into their business processes.
- Product Demonstrations:

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the functionality, advantages, and benefits of the product or service.
- Technical Support:

Provide pre-sales technical assistance, answering customer inquiries, providing product information, and clarifying technical aspects.
- Proposal Preparation:

Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and present accurate, competitive proposals, ensuring that all technical and business requirements are addressed.
- Sales Collaboration:

Work closely with sales representatives to develop and execute sales strategies, providing technical insights that support sales efforts.
- Training and Education:

Educate customers on product features and usage, providing ongoing technical support and training as needed.
- Market Feedback:

Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team to help improve or customize the product.
- Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the product.
- Sales Targets:

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
