We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer, Experienced in Project Sales

for MEP and Cooling Towers to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cooling tower along with exceptional sales and communication skills. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements . This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a drive to achive Sales Targets.

A. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Engagement:

Identify potential clients in industries requiring MEP Services and Cooling Tower .

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing, potential clients, End Users, Consultants, OEMs.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' cooling tower requirements.

Present and demonstrate cooling tower solutions to clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.

Technical Expertise:

Possess in-depth , including design principles, components, and operational processes.

Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions based on client requirements.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to secure sales agreements.

Coordinate with internal teams, including sales support, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless Timely Delivery and customer satisfaction.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes in the cooling tower industry.

Analyze market data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.

Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to management.

Customer Service and Support:

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and beyond.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.

B. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma in Mechanical Engg/ BSc.Physics

C. REQUIRED SKILLS

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven track record of success in technical sales, with a focus on MEP/Fire Fighting / Cooling Tower / Heat Exchangers/ Pumps/ Chillers/ Air Compressors or any Capital Equipments.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Certification in cooling tower technology or related fields is a plus.

D. EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales, preferably in the cooling tower industry.

Demonstrated experience in identifying and capturing new business opportunities.

Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals effectively.

Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
