We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Hygiene Sales team. The role is crucial in coordinating and supporting the sales team by managing customer communication, order processing, and data tracking. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth pre- and post-sales operations and ensuring that customer requirements are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, samples, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Order Management: Ensure smooth order processing by maintaining accurate records and following up on order status.
- Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with customers on payment follow-ups and ensure timely receipt of payments.
- Quotations and Proformas: Prepare and send quotations and proforma invoices to customers.
- Pricing Approvals: Ensure that all pricing approvals are obtained before processing sales orders.
- Customer Satisfaction: Follow up on customer satisfaction to ensure products and services meet expectations.
- Data Tracking: Maintain and track customer data, sales performance, and any related reports to assist the sales team.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication skills and ability to respond effectively to customer inquiries.
- Knowledge of sales processes including quotations, order management, and payment follow-up.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and sales tracking tools.
- Previous experience in a sales coordination or customer support role is preferred.
