About Us -
Elsewhere Weddings is a boutique planning studio where it is not about spectacles and productions. Our work lives in conversations, emotional clarity, navigating family and couple dynamics during a very personal phase in their lives.

Most of the year (7 to 11 months) is behind the desk work. Only 1 to 3 months is on site work.

Who We Are Looking For -
We are looking for someone who has lived enough, worked enough and seen enough to understand that weddings are not about drama or rush rather they are about people.

Someone who carries themselves with a calm centre. Someone who can hold boundaries with grace. Someone who knows how to listen without taking things personally. Someone who has spent real time in luxury hospitality or destination weddings and built steady, reliable instincts and not theoretical confidence.

You should be able to take ownership of a wedding from the first conversation to the final goodbye with maturity and sense.

You Will Handle -

Planning -
Conversations with clients that go beyond checklists, Budgeting that is realistic and thought through, Timelines, planning flows and vendor coordination, Venue research aligned with the couple's story and needs

Design -
Developing themes and guest experiences, Working with decor partners and creative vendors

Execution -
Managing guest logistics, Coordinating travel, hospitality and documentation

Digital/Content -
If you are also comfortable with social media, content creation, strategy or tools like Canva, that is a plus. You don't need to be a full time marketer but just someone who can help us tell our story online in a thoughtful and consistent way.

What You Will Receive -

  • Up to INR 50,000 as base, plus strong performance linked incentives averaging to overall 8 to 12 lakh per annum in terms of total compensation.
  • Independent ownership of complete projects
