Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager, based in New Delhi. The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee talent acquisition, develop and implement HR policies, and cultivate a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, handling performance management, coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership
    : Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Talent Acquisition
    : Lead recruitment for key positions (sales, marketing, creative, operations) using modern tools and platforms.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
    : Oversee onboarding, training, performance management, and exit processes.
  • Compliance & Documentation
    : Ensure PF, ESI, and labour law compliance; maintain accurate digital records.
  • HR Technology Adoption
    : Introduce HRMS software for payroll, attendance, and employee self-service portals.
  • Employee Engagement
    : Design initiatives to improve morale, retention, and productivity.
  • Training & Development
    : Mentor HR team members and conduct workshops on new HR tools and policies.
  • Pan-India HR Coordination
    : Manage HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in communication and processes.
  • Reporting
    : Provide regular HR reports to management on recruitment, attrition, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Master's degree
    in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of HR experience
    , with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance
    .
  • Experience in exhibitions/events, fashion, or jewellery industry
    preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and recruitment platforms
    (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS tools).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Ability to manage multi-location teams
    and adapt to fast-paced environments.
