Butler / Stewar
d to deliver high-quality, personalized service to senior management and VIP guests. This position requires a pleasant personality, impeccable grooming standards, and a strong background in Food & Beverage Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and professional service to senior management and VIP guests
  • Ensure smooth dining and service operations at all times
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver service with efficiency, courtesy, and discretion
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality and service excellence
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless food and beverage service

Requirements:

  • Qualification
    : Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Experience
    : 3–5 years as a Butler/Service Staff in a reputed 4 or 5-Star Hotel
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written) with excellent communication skills
  • Smart, well-groomed, and customer service oriented
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and high service standards
