About the Role We are looking for a disciplined attentive and professional Personal Butler to work closely with the CMD Chairman Managing Director The individual will be responsible for managing the CMD s daily meals preferences and personal comfort ensuring seamless service throughout the day Location Mumbai an Lonavala Frequebnt Travelling Required Working days 6 Days Key Responsibilities Manage the CMD s daily meals and dietary requirements as per his preferences and schedule Coordinate with the kitchen staff to plan and maintain a daily menu that aligns with his food choices and health needs Oversee the timely service of all meals beverages and refreshments during the day Ensure high standards of hygiene presentation and taste in all food and beverage service Maintain a smooth line of communication between the CMD and the kitchen or household team Attend to the CMD personally during meal times meetings and guest visits when required Be proactive in understanding and fulfilling the CMD s daily comfort and hospitality needs Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism at all times Job Expectations Requirements Strong understanding of fine dining food service and menu coordination Polished presentation communication and interpersonal skills High level of discipline integrity and discretion Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to the CMD s schedule Minimum Qualification Prior experience as a personal butler steward or hospitality professional in a senior executive household or luxury hotel Minimum Job Experience 3-7 years Reporting to CMD Travel Frequent Travelling required
