Role & responsibilities
Making an impact in your role assisting with managing portfolio hygiene
- To process the allocated workload within the area of operation, efficiently, accurately and within the times scales and standards set out in service level agreements, service standards and performance targets, utilising basic systems/equipment as required
- To maintain awareness and comply with all aspects of policy, procedure and statutory requirement, to maximise efficiency and minimise risk to the Group and its employees
- To liaise with external customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that instructions and queries, are acted on efficiently and effectively, seeking to always maintain effective working relationships
- To work at all times in the interest of the team, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues as appropriate or other teams as specified by line management
- To seek to identify opportunities to improve personal performance/contribution
- Ensure all personal training records are maintained and kept up to date
- Proactively monitoring risk and assurance requirements within agreed Risk Appetite and managing non-compliance in a timely manner
Preferred candidate profile
Prior experience in corporate & Institutional banking.
Banker / assistant banker experience will be highly regarded.
