We're an
IIT Delhi alumni-founded
industrial automation & robotics company working on providing the
autonomous robotic solar plant cleaning solutions
. We are formed on the fundamentals of superior quality in terms of our products, services, and relationships. We've proudly established ourselves as India's most reliable robotic solar panel cleaning solution provider.
Our esteemed clients include HONDA, Mahindra Teqo, Dalmia Cement, Sunsure Energy, Sunsource Energy, Solar Inertia, Jaquar, Param Renewable Energy, etc. Our robots are cleaning more than 1GWp + assets across various states of India.
Our solution comprises
LOTUS-A4000 (Fully autonomous robotic solution)
and
LOTUS-P4000 (Semi-autonomous robotic cleaning solution).
Daily cleaning with our robotic cleaning solution would help in
increasing power production by more than 3% to 5%
as compared to traditional bi-weekly manual water-based cleaning in addition to saving water.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally)
- Generate and manage client invoices and follow up on receivables
- Process employee reimbursements and track expenses
- Maintain petty cash and reconcile bank statements
- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Coordinate with external accountants/auditors as needed
Administration & Office Management
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and basic IT needs
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords
- Maintain digital and physical records of contracts, bills, and company documents
- Support onboarding of new employees (documentation, setup, access)
- Coordinate team travel, internal events, and scheduling needs
Compliance & Documentation
- Assist in tax and statutory filings (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)
- Ensure timely renewals of business licenses, contracts, and agreements
- Maintain compliance calendars and alert relevant teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative roles (startup experience a plus)
- Working knowledge of accounting tools and MS Excel
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of discretion
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
