Sr. Accounts Executive (Export Documentation Knowledge Mandatory)

Location: Ghaziabad – Sihani Chungi, Punjab Expeller Compound, near Fawara Chowk, Street No. 6

Salary: ₹30,000/month (CTC)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Immediate Joiner Preferred)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with strong expertise in accounts, finance, and export documentation. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of handling end-to-end accounting operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle export documentation with in-depth knowledge of required procedures.
  • Manage bookkeeping, Tally entries, MIS reporting, and return filings.
  • Oversee GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3) and ensure accurate compliance.
  • Manage NEFT, RTGS transactions, vendor/client payments, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with clients for payment collection and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
  • Ensure timely TDS deductions, returns, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with management for audit support, budget planning, and financial reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Finance/Accounting.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and export documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and compliance processes.
  • Good understanding of MIS, bookkeeping, and payment reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in English & Hindi communication (written and verbal).
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
  • Candidates with prior export accounts experience will be highly preferred.
  • Should reside within a reasonable commute from Ghaziabad (Sihani Chungi area).
