Role Overview
We are looking for passionate and results-driven sales professionals to join our Business Development team. Depending on your experience, you will focus on lead generation, strategic business expansion, or key account management. You'll play a critical role in acquiring clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations (BDEs: 10–15 visits per week).
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to provide client solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Represent Swan Solutions at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
BDE: 2–4 years | BDM: 5–8 years | KAM: 8–10+ years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Willingness to travel extensively (60–80%).
Preferred
- Experience in IT solutions, technology sales, or system integration.
- Knowledge of Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, or Digital Transformation.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Interview Process
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews (virtual via Microsoft Teams for outstation candidates).
- Mumbai-based applicants must attend in-person interviews at our Mumbai office.
- A psychometric assessment may be conducted before final selection.
