Security Executive

Security Executive is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and property assets. This includes monitoring surveillance systems, enforcing security protocols, conducting investigations, and maintaining a secure environment throughout the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all security personnel, CCTV operations, and access control systems.
- Patrol the property regularly to identify and address security risks or breaches.
- Manage entry and exit of guests, staff, and vendors in accordance with hotel policies.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents; take appropriate corrective actions.
- Prepare incident, accident, and investigation reports accurately and timely.
- Ensure fire safety systems and emergency procedures are operational and regularly tested.
- Coordinate with local police, fire department, and other authorities when required.
- Conduct regular security training and briefings for staff members.
- Oversee the issuance and control of keys, ID cards, and passes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with hotel security standards.
- Support VIP movements and special events to ensure safety and smooth operations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal and company security policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹32,000.00 per month
