Here s a comprehensive Sales Executive - Hotel job description This version is adaptable depending on the size location and positioning of the hotel e g business luxury resort boutique The Sales Executive is responsible for generating business for the hotel by actively selling rooms meeting space and catering services This role focuses on maintaining client relationships securing new accounts and achieving revenue targets The ideal candidate has strong communication skills a results-driven mindset and a deep understanding of the hospitality market Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development Identify solicit and secure new business opportunities across segments corporate leisure MICE travel trade etc Conduct sales calls client meetings site inspections and hotel tours to promote the property Maintain a pipeline of active leads and convert them into confirmed bookings Client Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients agents and partners Respond to inquiries RFPs and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner Provide exceptional service to existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals Revenue Target Achievement Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets set by management Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to align pricing promotions and sales campaigns Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities Reporting Administration Maintain accurate records of all sales activities contracts and client communications in the CRM system Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review Participate in sales meetings trade shows and promotional events as required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Hospitality Sales or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality-related business development Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM sales systems e g Opera Sales Catering Delphi Salesforce Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Compensation Package Commission pay Performance bonus Schedule Day shift Morning shift Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 7709718964
