Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals
  • Strengthen brand identity and maintain consistency across all channels
  • Monitor market trends for differentiation and innovation opportunities
  • Lead branding narrative, external & internal communications using in-clinics branding, patient communications and social media platforms
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure and analyse campaign performance
  • Implement strategies for continual improvement of key performance indicators
  • Nurture, Manage & Monitor high-performing team members
  • Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing efforts
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively
  • Monitor and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary
  • Conduct primary and leverage secondary research to develop strong patient communications and IPs that helps brand visibility across offline and online platforms
  • Bring innovative ideas and executive them to gain maximum value from the marketing spends
  • Develop, utilise and monitor marketing budgets judiciously and get maximum value for money
  • Practice frugality yet achieve maximum value for money spent on marketing initiatives

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of Healthcare and HealthTech industry and patient communications
  • Strong knowledge of principles of brand management, integrated marketing communications
  • Understanding of offline as well as digital ecosystem and keep self-updated with latest marketing trends and insights
  • Strong business understands, competitor scan and translating the business needs with marketing needs
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite

Soft Skill Requirements

  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to understand business requirements quickly and translating them into an omnichannel strategy right from Onboarding to Engagement to Retention to Upsell/Cross Sell
  • Strong Stakeholder management
  • Have managed team of 2-4 in previous roles
  • Strong Project & Time Management skills with attention to details

Experience & Academics

  • Min 8-12 years of experience in a reputed Healthcare/HealthTech company with strong sense of Brand Management/Marketing Strategy with understanding of both offline and online communications
  • MBA with specialisation in Marketing or Integration Marketing Communications or Strategic Marketing
