We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and growth-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and positioning Solh Wellness as a leader in the wellness and AI-powered mental health solutions space. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
- Build and manage strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to position Solh Wellness as a preferred partner in stress management and well-being.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and expansion opportunities.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and demos tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and pricing aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Represent Solh Wellness at networking events, industry forums, and wellness conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management (preferably in wellness, healthcare, HR tech, or SaaS).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced start-up ecosystem.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM platforms and digital sales strategies.
- Open-minded, empathetic, and passionate about mental health and well-being.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
