Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular procurement of raw materials such as Mill Scale, HR Sheet, Carbon Paste, Lancing Pipe, TMT Bars and Rods, Oxygen, LAM Coke, etc.
  • Procurement of equipment and machinery such as Circuit Breakers, Motors, Panels, Transformers, Cranes, Hoists, Valves, Cables, etc.
  • Sourcing industrial spares like Nuts, Bolts, Switches, Lights, Gloves, Helmets, and Safety Equipment.
  • Vendor communication, negotiation, and coordination for payments and order tracking.
  • Issuing and maintaining POs; monitoring stock levels and ensuring uninterrupted material availability for production.
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance for vehicles and equipment (JCBs, Tippers, Forklifts, etc.).
  • Preparing comparison sheets in Excel for price, specification, and quality evaluation (L1 analysis).
  • Managing logistics, billing, and interstate/intrastate material receipt.
  • Vendor development and negotiation across regions.
