Job Role

We're seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on solving problems, building rapport, and delivering exceptional service experiences. You'll be the voice of our brand—ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, respectful, and solution-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex cases
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Contribute to process improvements and service quality initiatives

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Tamil or Malayalam are a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer empathy
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 2–5 years of experience in customer service or support roles
  • Exposure to service operations in BPO, ITES, or retail sectors
