Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient and effective production processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments to optimize workflow, monitoring product quality and timely delivery, managing budgets and resources, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The role also involves strategic planning, implementing company policies, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Ability to work on-site in the Greater Ahmedabad Area
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in the packaging or cold chain logistics industry is a plus
