Role Overview
We are looking for a process-driven SEO Executive who can handle On-page SEO and quality Off-page SEO execution.
This role requires discipline, professionalism, and long-term SEO thinking, not shortcuts.
Key Responsibilities: On-page & Technical SEO
- Keyword research and mapping
- Meta titles, descriptions & content optimization
- Internal linking strategy
- Basic technical SEO checks (indexing, crawl errors, speed issues)
- Page-level SEO audits and fixes
- Coordination with content/development team when required
Off-page SEO (Quality-focused)
- Manual link building (guest posts, niche edits, brand mentions)
- Outreach to relevant websites/blogs
- Competitor backlink analysis
- Anchor text planning and monitoring
- Avoiding spammy or black-hat techniques
- Maintaining detailed backlink reports
Reporting & Monitoring
- Monthly SEO performance reports
- Tracking rankings, traffic, and backlinks
- Using tools like GSC, GA, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog
Required Skills & Tools
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics
- Ahrefs / SEMrush
- Screaming Frog (basic to intermediate)
- Good written communication (for outreach)
- Ability to work independently with accountability
