Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end dispatch operations, including material packing, documentation, and coordination with logistics partners.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of materials as per customer orders and internal schedules.
  • Prepare and maintain dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport receipts.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and service teams to ensure smooth dispatch workflow.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movement and dispatched items in Tally.
  • Update daily dispatch reports and share with management.
  • Handle communication with transporters, courier companies, and clients related to dispatch status.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures during dispatch.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Dispatch / Logistics / Inventory management.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
  • Good understanding of dispatch documentation and logistics coordination.
  • Strong communication, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple dispatch tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹28,065.01 per month
