Position Overview:

We are looking for a
Store Executive
to manage end-to-end store operations at our factory. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
inventory management, Tally operations, material inward & outward handling
, and maintaining accurate stock records for a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations in the factory.
  • Maintain accurate records of
    material inward and outward
    in Tally and physical registers.
  • Ensure proper
    receipt, inspection, tagging, and storage
    of incoming materials and components.
  • Prepare
    Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)
    and coordinate with purchase and accounts departments.
  • Maintain minimum stock levels and coordinate with purchase for material replenishment.
  • Issue materials to production and project teams as per approved requisitions.
  • Maintain and update
    inventory ledgers, stock registers, and bin cards
    regularly.
  • Conduct
    monthly physical stock verification
    and reconcile with Tally records.
  • Monitor
    movement of finished goods, consumables, spares, and tools.
  • Coordinate with logistics for dispatch of goods and documentation.
  • Ensure proper
    housekeeping, labeling, and safety
    standards in the store area.
  • Support in
    audit activities
    and assist in implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Diploma or Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce or Supply Chain).
  • Experience:
    2–5 years in store operations.
  • Software Skills:
    Proficiency in
    Tally ERP
    , MS Excel, and basic ERP/store management systems.
  • Knowledge:
  • Inventory control and material management practices.
  • Material coding, GRN, challans, and dispatch documentation.
  • Understanding of engineering items, consumables, and mechanical/electrical components (preferred).
  • Behavioral Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Organized and disciplined approach to documentation and reporting.
